Our Tenancy Application Process

Your Application is a high priority to us. We will endeavour to advise you of your tenancy application outcome within 24 hours unless we have been unable to reach your nominated contacts.

Information Verification

To verify the information supplied in your application, we will make contact with Tenancy Databases including NTD. If you have had a problem with a previous Tenancy, please discuss the circumstances with us. We will also contact your Employer/HR Manager, current & previous Agent/landlord and personal referees.

If your application is unsuccessful

If your Application is not accepted by the landlord, it will be retained for one (1) month and then destroyed securely to comply with Privacy Legislation.

If your application is successful

If your Application is accepted by the Landlord you are required to pay the first month’s rent and sign the General Tenancy Agreement within 24 hours of notification of acceptance. We require the full Bond amount on the day you commence your tenancy.

With your authority, we can facilitate connections at your new home and disconnection at your current residence. Alternatively, you can Register online with Connect Now or simply make one call to 1300 554 323 for fast and easy utility connections.

Rent payment methods

Rent is paid via Deft Macquarie which offers BPAY and EFT transfers, we will also accept Bank Cheques or Money Orders for payment of your rent.
